Tested them both in my XTAR VC8 Plus battery charger which has a "Grade" function. Both the PowerOwl 2800mah and the EBL 2500 mah were graded at just over 77% of rated capacity. I suspect most NiMH rechargeable batteries are that way. Having said that, the price is right on these EBLs and I would buy them again. Would rate 4.5 stars if I could.
