Healthy and what I ordered
Arrived healthy and in great condition and was exactly what was ordered. Well-packaged. Came with brief but good instructions on rinsing/acclimating for those who need them.

Poor quality and too small
Rip off It was hot when shipping looked like moss when received super small chaeto. when I looked at the Amazon ad, it was about the size of a hand, but when received it was about the size of a finger.

Know what your getting
Received my Chaeto and while VERY SMALL amount for $30 it was green and healthy. I was depressed to see not a single POD in the chaeto as advertised. And yes I looked very close and know what to look for. Only reason I paid the $30 was the "addition" of pods. For just chaeto I think its way over priced. I do hope it grows back full so my current pod population have a new home.

Nice addition to my Saltwater Reef tank.
The price and shipping was fantastic. I started out with this 2oz ball of Cheato. I have grown many balls of Cheato that I cultivate monthly. It does wonders for the water quality in my reef tank. I just wish I had a larger refugium. Overall very pleased with the product and service.

Not Worth It. At All!!!! Golf Ball Size
You cannot tell from the photo how small of an amount of chaeto you are purchasing for $30. It is the size of a golf ball. I lost my very large patch of chaeto during the Texas freeze and finally threw it away as what was left would not bounce back. I normally buy it locally by the handful for $12 at the LFS, but they have been out for a good while. So I had a momentary lapse of reason and ordered this for $30 figuring I would get a hand full. I received a golf ball sized amount of chaeto for $30. I just hope it grows. It is not worth that price for this little. I will never do that again.

Extremely small amount; deceptive advertising
I ordered this product thinking that I would receive 2 oz of Chaetomorpha for the $28 price. Instead, I received .2 oz, an EXTREMELY small amount thus very expensive. I measured the net weight of the product that I received, in fact 0.2 oz (notice the 0!) I did not see this minor detail until I received the order and viewed the Amazon ad again. The Amazon retailer did not respond to my message asking for a partial refund. THIS PRODUCT AND THE SUPPLIER SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM AMAZON!
