The book illustrates and explains the basic techniques of the "peek-a-boo" boxing style. I incorporate a couple of moves a week into my shadow boxing and bag routines. The frame by frame photos of execution along with explanations of the biomechanics make the book logical and easy to follow. Many elements repeat and build on themselves as you get further along, which reinforces learning. I highly recommend to anyone interested.

Very good, but misses one point ; footwork and angles are missing in this instruction, but is a remarkable book! Keep up with a new book on footwork, i will buy it for sure if it will ever come out!
