Golf pride map is 4.99 that is what proper companies are suppose to sell them at.

Will this work on a King Cobra 400sz off set driver?

Yes, not including putters, golf grips are made to fit all clubs regardless of their brand and size. This should definitely fit your King Cobra. The size of the grip has to do with your personal preference. So there are regular, medium, and jumbo sized grips. Which can be further customized or thickened during instillation by adding what are called wraps aka layers of tap underneath the grip on the shaft. So when deciding on a size, consider how large your hands are vs personal grip size preference. Some golfers prefer a thicker grip or an extra layer or two of tape on their short clubs for stability/roll over reasons. Similar to having a thicker putter grip.

Which is bigger: standard or midsize? Would it kill folk to say small, mid, jumbo?

Venti means twenty, thats why. Midsize is larger than standard becuase it is midway to jumbo. And there is also undersize which is smaller than standard.
