I'd like to see a formulation with a little more oil in it, as now that I've gotten used to the swishing again and feel its benefit, I do believe a richer formula would hold up better to 15-20 minute uses. If you have a habit of jaw clenching, or have an uneven bite, I find this exercise of gently swishes is a good jaw exercise. Reduces plaque, gum bleeding and diseases are managed without worsening etc. Tried and tested and for the first time Dentist could see a positive difference in my teeth and gums.
