Hi has anyone used this on scale insects on large indoor ficus tree?

In response, This product should control scale insects on your ficus. We have no direct experience at the moment as the product was only launched this year.

Do i need to unlock the spray? in the on position, pumping the spray is producing nothing.

Yes, you do need to position the top to the "on" position and then keep using the trigger several times, to build up the pressure before the actual spray comes through the nozzle. Just keep pumping!

Does it kill catepillars?

In response, Yes this product is excellent at caterpillar control. It works when they are sprayed directly as well as protecting any leaves that are sprayed for up to 14 days
