It is not. I purchased the product and installed it today. It is 3/8” male NPT on one end, and 1/2” female flared swivel on the other. I installed this to complete my upgrade from a single tank to a dual propane system. The 3/8” male NPT threads into the outlet of the new dual regulator, and the 1/2 female flared swivel finished the connection to the main line going into my 2016 Coachmen trailer. The 4 foot hose was more than enough. I could have gotten by with 40” to 42”. Good product, good price. **Q: This hose fits the regulator but not my rv. It’s too big. Is there an adapter I could use?** A: Hi, There are several adapters to fit different type of connections. The most common ones are 1/4”, 3/8 and 1/2” NPT and there are a couple of different sizes of regulators. I have no way to see which one you have or need, I’m sure if you google the RV specs. LP connector, etc. You will find the correct fitment or adapter to your needs. I wish I could help you more. Good luck! **Q: Just to clarify fitting sizes could you screw one end into the other end?** A: NO. Thermo Plastic Hose Assembly including a 3/8" MNPT x 1/2" Female Flare Swivel, two different sizes on the ends. **Q: Will the 1/2” female side fit on 1/2 black pipe** A: The female side is a flare fitting it won’t fit npt threaded pipe without an adapter from npt to flare ## Frequently Bought Together - Flame King 48-inch Propane Thermo Plastic Hose Assembly, 3/8-inch ID, 3/8-inch MPT X 1/2-inch Female Flare, for RVs and Travel Trailers - Flame King (KT12ACR-2a) 2-Stage Auto Changeover LP Propane Gas Regulator With Two 12 Inch Pigtails For RVs, Vans, Trailers - Flame King Dual 20LB LP Propane Tank Light Plastic Heavy Duty Cover for RV, Travel Trailer, Camper - Black --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.fr/products/270670174-flame-king-thermo-plastic-hose-assembly-for-lp-and-natural](https://www.desertcart.fr/products/270670174-flame-king-thermo-plastic-hose-assembly-for-lp-and-natural) --- *Product available on Desertcart France* *Store origin: FR* *Last updated: 2026-10-05*
