**Q: Will this work on a .40 caliber?**
A: It would be better to use a cleaning kit for 40 caliber. This will work but not be as effective.

**Q: Does this kit include brushes (nylon, phosphor bronze, etc)?**
A: This kit includes one very stiff bristled nylong brush, one slotted end, and one knob end.  It's a single rod only, since it's for a pistol.  Also includes one box of patches (about 40 patches in the box), a 2 ounce bottle of Hoppes #9 bore cleaner and a 2 1/4 ounce bottle of lubricating oil.  Standard Hoppes brushes found in gun shops everywhere will fit this rod, so you can add/replace as necessary.

**Q: Would the brushes fit my S&W 380 Bodyguard?**
A: The Brush is .4'' diameter & 1.2" long, and you can also use the Cloth wipes. I use it on my 9MM Pistol, and fits a .38 Pistol, too. J.S.

I love this kit, it comes with almost everything your handguns will need. Sure there are some other accessories that you could utilize but for a basic set this is superb.
