En cada sesión de entrenamiento lo uso, me di cuenta que yo no llevaba un mismo ritmo y eso me agotaba, empezaba rápido y luego despacio, gracias al Tempo Trainer ahora trato de llevar ritmos constantes en los distintos estilos, aunque en algunos son más difíciles. Vale la pena la inversión, es practico, fácil de acomodar en el gorro al momento de nadar, pese a que es un pitido constante no molesta y sobre todo me ha ayudado a mantener un ritmo constante al momento de nadar.
