High quality packaging and pills. I feel slightly more hydrated and awake during the day, and it allows me to drink more water and absorb it rather than it going straight through me. The ratio of the ingredients is good also... Some electrolyte products rely too much on sodium, but this one doesn't.

It learnt me a big lesson when i changed brands this brand weight world all the weight world wether its multivitamin or electrolytes this brand doesnt cause health issues i won't ever change from this brand ever again after the recent health issues I got from another brand just hopefully can get my health back on track again and I know how good these weight world ones are as ive had them in the past and they helped get my health on track and I trust they will help get my health back on track again

I do indeed use these on a daily basis and I think they are working as intended.Warning to people thinking about buying this - THE PILL IS MASSIVE!I have gagged like 3 times attempting to swallow it, I advise people who are prone to chocking or have very sensitive gag reflex to consider something smaller or break it in half and consume.

I'm currently on Mounjaro and find it difficult to get in all the right daily nutrients to keep my body in top condition.I had been getting some palpitations, likely due to not being hydrated enough and read that an electrolyte imbalance was the likely culprit.From day 3 onwards, I haven't had any palpitations whatsoever and feel more relaxed and hydrated.They are quite large, salty tablets, so getting them washed down quickly is a must.There is 180 in a tub so 6 months worth of product which I find to be spot on for the price.I haven't had any side effects that some others have experienced and I take it first thing in the morning with glass of water.It's so much easier than mixing satchets or dissolving tablets into water a couple of times a day.5 * product for me!

Getting older means more maintenance...And honestly, you have no idea what is happening to you and your poor, misused body(hey!don't tell me you didn't party every chance you got and never slept as teenagers, no, I don't believe anyone that says so!!!😂😂😂🤭)when you start getting to the magic number,,,,50!I had no idea that eating super healthy together with all the high activity I used to do, my extreme busy lifestyle and exhaustive jobs would leave my body so depleted of certain incredibly important minerals that you cannot live without!!! Minerals that are not in all foods and minerals doctors tell you to cut out of your diet to boot! These 5 essential minerals we call ELECTROLYTES and when they are not in peak balance, boy, do you feel bad. This happened to me. Did everything right and kept feeling worse and worse. These saved my life and my sanity, lol...I always stick to this brand because they were made to balance out the KETO diet and not other stuff like sports additives and such.
