My brother had a stroke and can’t tell when his hearing aid is falling out. I found this and it has saved him from losing his hearing aid many times. Great idea!!

I lost my hearing aid and it cost $500 to replace it. It turns out the tracking app will only indicate the hearing aid's last location and as much as I searched it was nowhere to be found. This lanyard is easy to use, not too long and not too short, fits snuggly on the hearing aid between the receiver and the program selection button, and I was able to select a bright color that should make it lot easier to find my hearing aid if I do happen to misplace it. The clip holds it tightly to my clothing. The drawbacks? I have long hair and when I brush it or flip it back, my hand catches the lanyard. The clip can also be hard to open and when it does open, it doesn't open widely. I sometimes have to work it back and forth to get the fabric of whatever I'm wearing between the teeth of the clip, depending on how thick the fabric is. Those negatives are minor compared to the peace of mind I get from feeling that I'm far less likely to lose the hearing aid. I thought I got all that peace of mind for a very reasonable price.

We actually use these for cochlear implant retention. The loop is a little small for a cochlear implant, but it assures a super snug retention. I use this for my son, and we like that it is pretty low profile and sturdy. I do wish you could order an all black set though. Not everyone wants to have a super bright tether sticking out of the back of their head. I actually add a small silicone piece to hold the two sides together behind my son’s head so the tether doesn’t stick out on the sides. . I wish the two sides were connected by a better mechanism so they didn’t flair out to the sides. The piece that they have used is way too loose, and it doesn't at all hold the two sides together. See my video to know what I’m talking about. We have gone through quite a few of these sets, but that is because my child is young and every now and again he rips the loop. I do really like these retention cords, just some suggestions to make them even better.

These worked perfectly for my Rexton RIC hearing aids. I love the security of knowing I’m not gonna lose one. It’s a cheap way to protect my investment. As you all are aware hearing aids aren’t cheap. I just love them.

The clip portion (the part that clips to the collar) does not open and hold easily. The previous lanyard I had (another brand) worked better. These...not so much!

These were just what I was looking for. I play golf and was so afraid of losing my hearing aids. These were great and I love the different colors. The clasp is a little difficult to open but it’s worth the trouble to be able to hear conversations clearly.

They work well, my hearing aids cost 7K! (I have severe loss) so it's important to protect that investment

This clip is useless for securing my hearing aid. The clip is so tight that I can't even get it to open a small amount to attach it to my hearing aid. My audiologist took a look at it and could not make it work either. I ordered two sets and they are all failures.

Does exactly what it should and look great. They were well priced and because we get four my son's swaps them out whenever he likes.

Two challenges: 1. the clip is not easy to open when you reach behind your head, 2. it takes some strength and perseverance to attach the loops to your hearing aids. However, the latter challenge means they are firmly attached, and one eventually becomes skilled at working the clip. Overall: this is very effective security at a very low cost. One special benefit: the bright colors mean that this would be easy to find if it fell in tall grass or bushes.

J'ai acheté ceci pour tenir le processeur d'implants cochléaire , l'embout qui va autour de la batterie est vraiment petit je réussi de peine et misère a l'insérer mais ca marche pareil j'aurais aimer que ce sois moins difficile a mettre comme c'est a refaire tout les jours je crois que ca ne fera pas lontemps avant que ca brise

Worked really well, played a few games of basketball with team. Felt comfortable in spite of the heat I was playing in, fit nicely, easy to adjust.
