Will this work with the Tab A?

This case just fit for samsung galaxy tab e 8.0 inch , don't fit for Tab A

Anybody have trouble charging tablet when case is on because not making a good connection?

If you use the charger that came with the tablet, it usually works well with most cases. The “generic” chargers might give you more trouble.

Will this fit a Tab A 8?

This case just fit for Samsung Galaxy Tab E 8.0 inch , not for Tab A 8.

Does it come with a soulder strap?

No. No shoulder strap. But it does have a strap that fits around your hand... making it more secure while you carry it.
