Price/cleaning cannot be beat in this convenient large pouch. Leaves no funny aftertastes. Only con is that since these are not in individual 1oz retail packages, you need to measure out the 1oz manually. Once opened, I put the rest of the cleaner in a ziplock bag. I ordered a few packages on one order, and one pouch slightly opened up in the shipping package and stuff became sticky and pouch was half empty.. desertcart Customer service was exceptional and addressed the issue immediately, even though I only sent them a comment in order for them to take measures for future shipments to ensure other customers don't experience same issue (ie: put them in an additional back or something).

A: I believe that the Urnex Dezcal is a stronger solution. White vinegar is a 5% solution.

**Q: Is this the same as the 4X1oz product that costs $11.99??**
A: It's all the same

**Q: is it non toxic ?**
A: Non-toxic, biodegradable and safe descaler!

**Q: Can this be used to descale a dishwasher?**
A: I don't know but doubt it. You're supposed to let this sit for a bit.  You'd need the dishwasher to fill with water and there a lot of these. One pack is only about a cup of powder.
