Exactly the same as the kind I buy at Ulta.

No, it is not fizzy. When sprayed it is a fine mist. I put them in the refrigerator. Great way to cool off and refresh the face.

Is the water distilled?

My answer would be NO. Evian water comes from an underground water source in the French Alps. It is very pure. It's the same as the Evian water you buy in the grocery store, except that it comes in a pressurized container.

Ok, these are very expensive. And as far as I know, they are just water in a spray bottle. That said, these are perfect for skincare. I like to spray this on my face before I do my moisturizer and it sprays the perfect amount and feels cleaner than using sink water. They were expensive and I am not sure if I will repurchase, but the ones I have, I use every day.
