I ended up buying couple 100% cotton cases that were made for 48 inch body pillows to see if that would make a difference before returning it. What a difference a perfect size pillow case makes! The body-pillow fits perfectly with my height (5ft) and it definitely helps with the leg pain and restless legs syndrome I've been having lately. It no longer feels like I'm hugging a brick - still weighs bit heavy but it actually feels good to rest my legs on something solid and yet soft. Because it is made with solid block of the Tempur-Pedic material (not shredded) it does not get flatten at all but molds to my leg. The bottom-line, I'm not returning it. It is more pricier than others in the market but I'm gland I've spent bit more for a quality product! This is made of full slab of memory foam while long hug is made with pieces of memory foam. Long Hug is softer compared to this Body Pillow.
