Look up Lewo replacement cars here in amazon . I just looked up they are available . Also google Top Bright replacement cars and there is also a website called Wish .

How does this compare to the Lovevery one? Is it better?

I can only give you my review on this track. By the pictures, it looks like this one has the parking area on the top unlike the pictures I’ve seen of the Lovevery track. This track has been great for the 1 & 2 yr old toddlers in my family. The parking level holds all 4 cars when they are done playing. It is sturdy enough for the rambunctious 2yr old. There are colors, numbers, hand eye coordination and the thrill of the cars racing down to keep a child’s interest and to help them learn. No regrets in purchasing this item.

Are the cars a choking hazard?

I just measured mine and it is exactly 1.25 inches with the wheels. To pass the choking hazard small object test it must be at least 1.25 inches for 1-2 years olds. It does technically pass but I'm still worried and will be watching closely while playing.

Our child loves this toy! It’s simple, interactive design allows your child to quickly catch on for hours of play. This is the first toy our child goes to play every time . We also love the size. It’s not oversized and can even be stored on a bookshelf depending on how far you have the shelves apart. This is nice considering a lot of toys can be oddly shaped and or hard to put away/store. The only con is depending on your child’s age, the wooden cars are a little small and maybe a potential choking hazard. Our 14 month old has not had any issue with it though.
