My New Go To
This was a restock for the pantry since I used all of what I had for making pizzelles and sugar cookies for the holidays. I did end up making another batch of pizzelles last week and was very pleased with the flavor of the extract. Just the right amount of concentration and the right amount of lemon flavoring! The texture of the pizzelles was the same as the name brands of extracts with a lower cost. Perfect for all of my baking needs!

nice lemon flavor and aroma
Works fine for my needs. I use it often when I make ice cream in my Ninja Creami . I either boost the flavor of protein drinks and powders, which I use in my recipe, or I may add a little to my electrolyte drinks. Most recently some Premier Protein drinks, the Lemon Bar option needed a boost of lemon. Bought a case, and while it was good, it needed a bigger punch of lemon flavor. A little lemon extract helps! I havent used any other brand for lemon extract, so i have no comparison to make. Since this works out well, I just keep buying it. I think I use more than needed, but maybe not. Extracts are never all that strong to me especially when used in cold applications (cold reduces sense of flavor). I havent baked with it yet, but am probably going to make some protein sparing muffins and go with a lemon flavor. I just rarely bake, so who knows if I will fulfill that or not. I love the aroma, and overall I think it is versatile. If I happen to try other brands I may come back to update this. It is certainly worth the try, especially if the price is right to you.

Good flavor, above average strength, great quality
Good flavor, easy to use and great for baking. It's pretty strong, so use sparingly! Overall, I'm pretty pleased with the quality. Will definitely purchase again.

Decent!
I drink a little each morning to help with blood sugar and digestion. Works great. Doesn’t taste super sour. Mix the j with apple cider vinegar.
