Why does this have a picture of two when it is just one packet?

We had chosen to display our product with this picture due to marketing and trends popularity. Our size description on our Amazon selling page shows that we are only selling either 1 ounce Wella Color Charm Powder Lightener for the single packet or 16 ounces for the tub , and photo shows that the packet is approximately an ounce. Would this work for body hair?

You definitely don't want to use this on your body. I would use a lightening facial bleach for body, or one specifically made for body hair.
