Will it replace a wall heater an motor?

It replaced a motor in our Pellet stove.

Will this motor work in a walk in cooler?

I owned a restaurant with a walk-in cooler. Because of the high humidity and condensation I would not have an open ventilated motor to run any fan, and my opinion is if it didn't short out from the condensate, it would probably freeze up from all of the moisture.

Does this motor have an internal fan?

No. It is designed to be a fan motor and relies on the fan you will mount to the motor shaft for cooling
