I used the 3 minute Polident for my Invisilign since it was just a little bit of time while it was out during meals. I am now finished with Invisilign, but have the overnight plastic retainers. (so just like invisilign.) I am going to use the overnight Polident to soak the trays during the day. **Q: What is the difference between overnight and three minutes the formula?** A: I have used both and can't see any difference myself. But maybe the antibacterial agents work longer I clean them overnight any how even with the 3 minute **Q: Is there zinc in these?** A: No, zinc is in the adhesives, not the cleaner tablets... **Q: Does this remove discoloration from years of slowly building up?** A: I've been using Polident for about a year every night or every time I remove them and mine look exactly the same as the very first day I put them in. So I'm assuming it's doing it's job.
