**Q: What’s the rectangle on the back of these action figures for?**
A: I do not see a rectangle , ours is just a figure, it does not make noise or anything.

**Q: We didn’t receive the first one that we ordered. I sent a request for a replacement but it says they want us to send the other one back?**
A: you should call and speak to amazon rep. sometimes return or problem buttons do not clarify. good luck!

**Q: We received our toy today but it’s head was separate. Can we put it back again or is it broken ?**
A: My 2 1/2 year old grandson love this toy! He is rough with it and the head has never come off. I think it’s broken. I would contact Amazon. Don’t know if it goes back on but I would just return it.

This is a fantastic toy. My little boy was very impressed with this to add to his - now growing - collection. As described the Hulk is about 12 inches tall and as you would expect quite wide too. His colours are really vibrant and my three year old - absolutely loves him. (If you've read my other reviews, you'll know he also got Spider-Man and Iron Man for his birthday). The Hulk's arms and legs move easily and his head turns to the left and right. The figure is of good quality, you can tell this could take a lot of rough and tumble and still be in one piece. The recommended age is four - I can't see anything that I wouldn't be happy for my three year old to play with. I have included some photos of The Hulk and his two new friends : Spider-Man and Iron Man. ^^^ MY LETTERBOX TEST ^^^ Fail You will need to be at home when this parcel arrives, it won't fit through your letterbox. **** I paid full price for this item.
