Will this move a piano?

It's strong enough to move a piano. An upright piano should fit fine on the dollies. I'm not sure how you would situate a grand or baby grand on them.

How to fix the alignment with the bolts?

In installing, alignment is automatic, you maneuver the caster plate until it lines up with the bolts. After the initial installation, bring in the power tools.

Can this hold a washing machine?

Yes, I don’t think that would be a problem at all. I love these! I have a Furniture consignment store and use them all the time. Everyone wants to buy them from me
