Blue gasket seal looks just fine. What am I doing wrong?** A: Reposition the assembly over the fill tube valve seat and use the neoprene washer on the fill tube to hold it place. Check out you tube video on how to install. **Q: how high does the assembly stand above the tank floor?** A: I have installed 3 of these, and will not go back to the old flapper flush valve. I measured one of mine, and it stands just over 11 inches from the bottom of the tank, about an inch or so lower than my existing fill valve. Installation is extremely simple, and I have installed in tanks with both front and side flush handle sitings. **Q: Will this work with tanks that doesn't have overflow tube?** A: No, if there is no overflow tube, it can't be mounted or at least without engineering some way to secure it.
