Received the feeder & installed it. A few hours later I found him laying dead with his wings out on the bottom of his cage. No idea what happened exactly. This was the only variable. I’ve had this bird for a few years. If you buy this, I would say watch the bird the whole time. And don’t leave the bird unattended with it until you are sure your bird/s are safe with this feeder. It looks safe so it didn’t occur to me it could kill my bird. If I had a time machine I would do as I just said above. And not leave my bird unattended with this product. Of course I am very upset as he was my only bird. And my last bird for awhile as I can’t get another one at this time. With a heavy heart I will be returning this feeder.
