Absolutely love it!
Just what I wanted! Great modern look and looks high end! Comfy enough to sit in for extended periods of time at my desk and provides decent back and arm support. I love that it fits well in smaller spaces & the rollers work better than many other office chair I have had before. Definitely good value for the money.

You get way you pay for...
Overall it's a nice looking chair, assembly was also easy but when you done putting it together you can hear all the squeaking parts( Mind you Im 5'1 about 120lbs on a heavy day. ANYWAYS You sit it squeaks, and at times makes a sound as it itS gonna fall apart, same when you get up, its noisy and you can hear all the metals and springs. I'm very careful with my furniture and already the "leather" is pealing off in the hand rest areas. Try to Return but they allowed me to keep it instead. Cuddos to them for thay, as I didn't have to carry It all the way down to u.p.s store

Nice chair!
Easy assembly. I use this on camera for my internet tv show. It’s comfortable and it looks great in my studio. I do think it’s a value for the money. Thank you!

Nice office chair
Once put together it seems to be a nice chair. It took a little manipulation to get everything aligned, esp the arms. The instructions are a bit vague. It will work fine for the price.

Not so great
Looks nice but the screws didn't line up so it was very difficult getting the arm rest on. Had to force the seat and the back closer together with all my strength and drive in the screw at the same time which was nearly impossible without the help of another person. I know it had been returned at least once judging by the terrible packaging of the parts inside. I can see why they returned it. Also the seat isn't completely on the base. It tilts all different ways like it needs pushed down further on it. I tried everything. It came with nicks in the leather. Doesn't look very new.

Not easy to install and overall average quality.
The color is nice and the style is really pretty. The quality of the product is pretty high compared to the price. Very comfortable. But while building it, the holes were in different places than the designated ones, so it was really hard to put together. It took a lot of effort and fantasy. The only uncomfortable thing about it are the bars on the sides (the ones that prevent you from falling off the chair) : they always dig in to my thighs. Not recommended for “heavier” persons (like myself). Last but not least, I thought the chair would be taller, but in reality, when you sit on it, it becomes pretty average. Edit to add: after using it for a while, the chair starts to lower by itself, and I have to keep getting up to fix it. It’s pretty annoying, so i took away another star.

My 4th chair.
I bought chair #1 for my home "office". I'm still loving it 2+ years later. I ordered 2 more this year to use as kitchen chairs. The only change I've noticed is the seat is not as soft. I ordered a fourth chair to use at my vanity table. Same ease of assembly, good price and quality, casters operate smoothly on carpet and linoleum, and height adjustment works well. I'm 72 and assembled the chairs by myself. Attaching the back to the seat was much easier after closely watching a YouTube video and saw how the man himself was positioned, and placement of the back and seat. Putting in the casters was the most difficult for me. I AM NOT recommending this, but I used a rubber mallet.
