below cheap in terms of quality
these are basically useless. not sharp and many are bend making them unusable. not sturdy. they come in 2 plastic bags so no case. Impossible to use a bent drillbit. WASTE OF MONEY

Value for that quick diy job
Great size range. Decent quality. 1 star off cause they're cheap bits that takes 1 min plus to drill through plastic.... If you got time on your hands and not drilling through anything serious, plus pre punch to prevent horrible bit walking, then this is for you. I can't give it a bad rating when i'm getting this fully expecting the quality. TDLR, expect what you're paying for.

Garbage - DO NOT BUY
Complete garbage. Was planning to use these to drill holes in 3d prints. Can't even do that the are not sharp and they wobble.
