After pregnancy healing roll
The media could not be loaded. Got this roll after pregnancy and it’s such a reliving tool for my back and posture! I am using every evening after holding a baby for a whole day, no more pain! It’s so light weight and now my 1,5yo daughter is also playing with it.

Game Changer!
I've used this since I bought it. When I've not been able to make it to the chiropractors this will snap pop and rack things back into place 😃 I just begin from my lower back and roll on up and bingo bango things pop back into place and I get up with instant relief! Five Stars *****!

So pretty!
Absolutely love this foam roller and so glad I bought this color. I was originally just going to buy your old, standard black-ish grey one like they supply at the gym but this looked so fun so I figured, why the heck not. Excellent choice on my behalf. The quality is excellent and the speckled color is so fun.I actually bought this roller as an upgrade from the one I had (an 18-inch) roller but it had that squishy pillow layered over PVC piping type stuff. Was not a fan from the start, but I received it as a gift. And since I wasn't specific in the type I wanted that was what I got. Don't get me wrong, some people really like those kind but they don't come close to the quality of this high density foam, nor do they deliver the kind of pressure required to work through problem areas (in my opinion).I will say the only thing I'm not a huge fan of are the videos they sent-or at least the short one featuring the male, haven't watched the other one yet.Unless you're doing very small meticulous movements (or no movement at all), you're not allowing your body the best avenue of relief. When our bodies form tension they form into balls or knots. Those same knots are like buttons. We push buttons DOWN. The harder the tension, the more pressure we use on said button. You wouldn't push across the button so why would you roll across the muscle? Find the knot and use your roller to smash that button! It's the same principal as a deep tissue massage. If you're just constantly rolling over your painful areas back and forth you're going to "tick off" your muscle and it's going to contract further to protect itself. Your best bet is to just apply constant hard pressure in a progressive manner. Lay on that painful spot and breathe deeply. The pain sucks but it will correct itself faster!

For you anything slouched shoulders are going-away
I stumbled into these types of things when I was expecting from forward head position and sloche shoulders. I did quite a bit of research on the internet and YouTube and found more than one YouTuber talking about these. I am a 56 year old man who has done pretty much all sorts of exercises throughout my life but never on something like this. I will tell you it does without a doubt help with the issues I am suffering from but if I had known better I would have looked for one that had a little give aka softer one. It does getting used to it, especially if you are like me, a person who doesn't balance himself well. After about a month of use I have been able to start doing situps on it as well. As for the reason I purchased it, the forward neck and sloched shoulders it has done wonders for it along with other exercises and apparatus. This is the 3 foot rigid 6-inch roller so it doesn't fold up and travel well. Does Costco has plenty of applications through yoga and other exercises which killer but I'm still a novice at using them but it has gotten me to exercise more and I'm excited about that. I have ordered smaller and softer rollers since this purchase switch it's good because it's got nothing to exercise more. As for shipping and packaging hungry I would buy from this seller again.

These rollers are perfect for exercise and stretching
These are the perfect rollers for exercise and stretching. I do not think the smaller textured rollers are as versatile. The longer roller is hard enough for kneading muscles, but more important the full length is good for laying your entire torso on for exercises. What I like about the roller for both exercises and weight lifting is that you must stabilize your core while working out. Laying on the floor or a bench allows your posture to be sloppy with no consequences. Laying on the roller requires you to suck in your stomach, belly button to your spine, and engage your entire core for stability. It doesn't matter whether you are doing flies, bench press or legs up and down, every single part of your body is engaged.Start using a roller for your abs and core workouts.Start using a roller for your weight lifting, and then when ready, start using the roller for one arm chest press, and one arm flies. You will immediately realize what core engagement for lifting weights is all about. If you think you must use a weight lifting bench, then put the roller on the bench. You have not been lifting weights properly, until you use a roller in your workout because the rollers do not allow sloppy exercises.
