I seem to do better taking liquids and powders versus pills and I seem to benefit greater as well. This is why when my Doc said I need some vitamin B6, I went to liquid and you will certainly FEEL the benefits versus wondering IF you do by taking the tablets. With pills, I think it's harder on your system, which tries to break them down, then digest it, then get net benefit, and usually all you see from it is the bright colored urine?? The B vitamins usually make me nauseous if I don't balance taking them with food, so I have often given up on taking them. I think you will enjoy this product. If you are a person who takes your healthy Nasty Liquids, just add this to your regimen, and get your nasty cocktail regimen out of the way at once. I take a codliver oil, Vitamin D3, and some others and maybe put it/or them in a shot glass and get it out of the way. BTW, if you make yourself smoothies or even Green smoothies, and think you can add it to the smoothie in your blender, I tried it and didn't like it, so I stay with the morning shot glass routine. If you're looking for it to taste good; or not to taste bad - good luck. This isn't Gummy Bears. So, expect it to taste nasty.
