Una vez bien colocados, no se mueven ni se caen. Este "diseño" es raro y la primera vez cuesta un poco hacerse a la forma de colocarlo. En las ilustraciones de las instrucciones queda muy claro como deben quedar posicionados. En cuanto a la atenuación del sonido, a mi me parece que son ligeramente mejores que los tradicionales de cera (los de forma cónica de silicona ni los comento, para mi los peores en todos los sentidos). Cualquiera que use tapones debería darles una oportunidad.
