This is a beautiful and substantial fountain. I’ve been searching for months to find the perfect one. This is the Goldilocks fountain for me!!! I’m very happy and impressed with the quality. It does require two people to unpack and set in place, but the set up is easy and straightforward. I also love the large 6.6 gallon water reservoir capacity. The look of this fountain is very natural. The sound of cascading water is peaceful and relaxing. The lights are calm and reflective. It is the perfect garden patio accent piece that I will enjoy for many years to come!!! I highly recommend it this item!

Great fountain. Arrived safely without damage. I was planning on keeping this inside but not sure. If turned on for a few hours it doesn’t seem to have any spray outside the unit. However, after several hours of use the ground outside of it is wet with spray. The only other complaint is that it is really loud. The pump itself is pretty quiet but even on its lowest setting the sound of the water falling is super loud. Probably be fine outside at a distance but inside it’s too much. Sounds more like a bath running than a relaxing trickle. Was able to quiet it a little by adding a few well placed rocks but wish it could be turned to an even lower setting. The overall appearance is really nice and seems well built for the price.

This came in a special delivery truck because it's a rather large box. It was very well secured in lots of stryofoam, and came with instructions about filling and treating the water. It looks great, just like the pictures, and we put it on the deck and let it run all day on its lowest setting. We cannot hear any hum, even though it's on the deck boards. The sound of the falling water is fantastic, and makes you want to sleep outside. It moves plenty of water on the low setting, and has no oversplash or splatter, even after hours of operation. 6/19/24 Update: The fountain has been running continuously since we set it up, with no issues. The lights still light it up at night (cool!) and the pump has been fine. We got the stuff to treat the water to keep algae from growing. IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT DISTILLED WATER BE USED IN THESE FOUNTAINS. The reason is because if you keep filling it, and water keeps evaporating, the minerals in well water or city water will accumulate, growing in concentration over time, because minerals don't evaporate. This will lead to scale in your pump and white stains on your fountain. Luckily, we have a dehumidifier in the basement which we use to feed our fountain every day or so. (Dehumidifier = distilled water) Distilled water is cheap, at about a buck a gallon at the store.

Works well, very attractive, looks very natural, excellent waterfall sound level. Appears to be very sturdy and well made. Ours is installed outside, but under a patio cover. I have the water volume set at a low level which seems sufficient. The only time water escapes the fountain is when there is fairly strong wind. You could probably set up inside with no water problems. The lights are attractive and are on a separate electrical plug, so if you want them off during the day simply don't plug-in the lights. Other than the pump, the fountain is one piece, so unpacking and setup is easier for two people. I did it alone.

Great fountain. Very Beautiful. Pump design is great honestly - prevents clogs. The bad points - its packed in Styrofoam, and when you open the box, it goes everywhere - do it outside or someplace where it all can blow away. Trust me on this. But there are a couple bad things. I am not sure if this is a 4 or 3.5 review. First one is, there are mesh pieces in the fountain that are using to keep it from splashing, etc, but the top one on mine, wasnt glued properly, and the end result is that water from the pump hits the top of the top level, and water drips down from the top underside. The second thing is, in some places, the paint/coating came off and it was after only using it for like a week. I think it was a bad paint job. It isnt the end of the world on either of those things. The LED light in it is very bright and it looks great at night.

Fountains are pricey items and often disappointing in function. This is a very good fountain in all respects. One of the things I liked best was the lights are separate from the pump. Pumps will fail and depending on how much you run a fountain, sooner, rather than later. I didn't want to be company dependent for a replacement or worse yet many of the fountain sellers don't offer replacements. Then you lose your light system. Not a problem with the Alpine brand. The fountain arrived very well packaged with no defects, easy to hook up the pump, easy to place in position on my deck. I applied a couple of coats of sealant to help guard against fade from my harsh desert sun. The next day I filled it with distilled water, plugged in and enjoyed. I have a wood deck and depending on fill level or wind I see some splash over so I'll be adding a waterproof mat for the fountain to sit on. There is a very nice sound to the water flow. Loud enough to add the ambiance most of us want and it's very pleasant to look at. I have a lot of evaporation and expected this in my dry climate. Using only distilled water isn't practical so I hooked up a hose and added fountain conditioners. When I kill the pump, oh well, that's on me. I'm a real life user and this climate can and will destroy anything you leave outdoors. That said, this product is well designed and well made. I'm very happy with this purchase.

My likes about this fountain firstly the quality of it build and structure my wife shopped the legs off me prior to our purchase but we just could not find a fountain firstly that took our eye but of a quality build that's till we came across alpine corporation they just ticked all the boxes for example Spare parts availability Direct customer service You can even purchase your colours of your fountain to touch up if it where ever surface damaged or if you wish to give it a yearly lacquer coat to keep your fountain looking its best its all available to order online direct or over the phone I had to get in touch with customer services with my purchase but what a straight forward job my mi d was at ease right the way through no hanging on a phone line for 20 mins before an answer to be moved to another dept non of that sorted out there and then what a great customer service experience My dislikes not one single thing I cannot make a comment on one thing that is not positive about alpine corperation I would highly recommend this company and a huge thankyou to Jamie for his help many many thanks jamie

Tardó mucho tiempo en llegar por culpa de la paquetería; pero valió la pena no solicitar el reembolso y cancelar. La fuente está hermosa. El sonido que hace muy padre y en la noche la luz se ve preciosa. Pensé que tenía que armarla; pero es una sola pieza. Basta con ponerle la manguera prácticamente. Por suerte puse un contacto doble en la terraza pues La Luz y la bomba de agua de la fuente se conectan por separado.No pesa la estructura pues es de fibra de vidrio (creo). Necesité ponerle 3 cubetas de agua en el depósito para que cubriera bien la bomba. La recomiendo ampliamente.

J’avais hâte de recevoir ma nouvelle fontaine et je n’ai vraiment pas été déçue. Elle a l’air très solide et est ultra facile à installer. Nous lui avons fait un petit aménagement et je vraiment ravie de mon achat. Je recommande même si je trouve le prix un peu élevé.

Para mi patio. Se ve sensacional y relajante. Las visitas se quedaron encantadas.

Was brilliant for 2 months and now the transformer has decided to go wrong. Not happy. Don't bother with this for this amount of money. Looks good when it's working but now it's an outdoor paperweight.
