You can’t know. I just wouldn’t buy skincare from non reputable sources, problem solved.

Is this an anti-allergic formula?

Nothing can truly be as anyone can be allergic to anything and those allergies and reactions can start anytime in life. And it sucks lol I did a spot test first, no issues, and have no issues so far with the two applications I’ve used on my face.

Does this get rid of dark spots?

I don't think so. In my experience, a serum with vitamin C helps with dark spots. Also, microdermabrasion helps but you may have red areas and pealing for up to a week after the procedure.
