This microphone is designed for PC, we do not recommed to use it with iPad.

Hola, Si señor trabaja con Teams y cualquier plataforma de conferencia. Si lo vas a utilizar con el celular debes tener un conversor OTG y si es desde tu Laptop o Pc, simplemente lo conectas de forma directa al puerto USB.
