What is listed as both active and inactive (ie, stabilizers) ingredients on bottle?

We pride ourselves on NO toxic stabilizers being added to our hydrogen peroxide, making it food grade! Ingredients: deionized purified water, and 3% Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide.

Is this supposed to be refrigerated? Another seller said it should be....?

H2O2 does drop its potency over extended periods of time; refrigeration deters it.

It does not need refrigeration. The bottle does not indicate it needs refrigeration, nor does any hydrogen peroxide product in general.

Does anyone use this product full strength to whiten teeth?...or does it need to be diluted by half to be safe?

This is a food grade peroxide (3%) so there should be no need to dilute. Try mixing 1 Tblsp of the peroxide with 1 Tblsp of baking soda for best whitening effect!
