I was also looking for a nonslip grip on the sides which this one has. I ordered 5 cases and this is the one I kept to use on my iPhone. **Q: Will this stick to standard car magnet mounts?** A: Yes and no. It will magnetize to standard mounts but it will not be a strong hold even with the additional metal ring built in. A bump on the road may knock your phone off. Your best bet would be to buy a car mount for iPhone 12 (with the magnet ring). They’re not too expensive on Amazon. Hope that helps! **Q: Is this strong enough to hold on the Belkin MagSafe charger?** A: Yes this case works well with all MagSafe chargers I have tried. Even works on the car mount vertically.
