Attempted to scratch off soft and it was adhered so used more force and the code is just not legible. Pretty disappointed with being unable to access the ebook after spending so much money on a book. Otherwise enjoy the product. Review: Excellent - This book needs no introduction. A masterpiece in facial reconstruction.

Great book, ebook code impossible to access....
The book is awesome. But Elsevier is a company incompetent iiiidiooots. In order to get assess to the ebook, the instructions on the inside flap are “Scratch box below to reveal your code”. This used to be easily done with a coin. Now they have changed the sticker material. It is impossible to scratch away with a coin, fingernail or instrument. I had to use a knife and carefully scratched at the surface. But the sticker material is so attached to the paper, that the code itself is scratched off…… Now I am missed two code digits and have to try several thousand combinations of letters and numbers?? How incompetent and arrogant is this company? How was this change in sticker authorised? Was it never tested? And if a special technique is required, why is there no clear description of it.
