has anybody bought a FAK here on Amazon to be used with this pouch?

I bought this as a first aid kit. My old PFAK was chewed the heck up. I like this better than my issued pouch. It holds a ton of gear and Maxpedition is as tough as R. Lee Ermy and John Wayne's love child if he married the child of Bruce Lee and Chuck Norris and THEY had a child. I purchase my first aid supplies through a medical supply store online in bulk and resupply as needed to this pouch. In all honesty, I have very little to no complaints with ANY of my Maxpedition gear. This pouch is small enough to fit in large cargo pants pockets (like on the MARPAT BDU pants) yet is still large enough to hold a lot of gear. I even carry a large ace bandage along with all the other gear. If you are looking for something to fit in your typical pants pockets (not cargo pockets), then this may be a bit too big, try the next size down. If you are looking for what to carry, there are LOTS of people on YouTube with videos on what to carry/what they carry. I suggest you watch several to get the general feel then edit the PAFK to your personal needs.Cheers!

Will it fit in my jeans pocket?

Only if your jean pockets are larger than 8"(L) x 2.5"(W) x 6"(H).

Would this fit a cat tourniquet, israeli bandage, a coleman pack I and still fit in a cargo pocket?

Mine is set up as a first aid and includes Israeli bandage, tourniquet, clotting envelopes and the full set of items. When packed full, it would not fit in a pants with cargo pockets.

Good IFAK

Good quality and fast delivery. I used it as an Individual First Aid Kit and it's doing great. Attached it at the back of my gun belt and it is not intrusive and very easy to work with.
