It fit exactly like the original and seated cleanly into the rubber gasket (Dorman 42344 PCV Valve) with zero issues. This elbow has the proper controlled air port instead of the fully open style used on the opposite side of the valve cover. That matters lol. Especially on the 4.0 because the controlled air port helps the vacuum system function the way it’s supposed to on these engines.
