This works well for swimming for a few hours at peak sunlight. It goes on easy, but don't rub it in all the way or you'll burn (talking as a Mediterranean white person). Let it sit on the skin rather than fully rubbed in if you don't want red cheeks for a few days after. It does ok on the hands too but as far as using it on the whole body, I wouldn't recommend. Overall, I would say it's a pretty good product.
