**Q: What’s the warranty on these ?**
A: Right

**Q: is this same for either side, Left or Right?**
A: No, there are different part numbers for each side:ES80381 is for the right & ES80382 is for the left.Note: These are for the outer tie rods only. They do use the same part number EV800444 for both inner tie rods.

**Q: does this come with the ball joint as shown in the pictures?**
A: As pictured. A tie rod end has a joint with a ball& threaded post. A "ball joint" name is a different part. Clarification upper or lower "ball joint".
