I wash my hair twice- the first time I just put a small amount and a rub it into my scalp. Then I rinse that and nextI use a little bit more and I wash my entire hair. I have a good bit of hair. The second time I wash, my hair lathers up and it feels so good on my scalp. I try to give myself a little scalp massage and maybe even scratch my scalp very gently. I feel like this stimulates hair growth and makes for healthier hair growth. I love the scent of this wash. The smell is mild, but it’s very pleasing.
