Can I use this to put a rock background on the inside of aquarium?

Absolutely. I bought it to make an aquarium into a vivarium (1/2 water and 1/2 land). Works great. If you are using lots of small rocks, lay it on its back and spread sealant with something disposable like cardboard or a wood shim. Dont be shy. Use a lot. Press rocks in and let it dry good (48 hrs). When you tip it back up a few might fall off, more sealant and patch it in. I find smaller rocks work better than larger.

To ensure I am ordering the correct one - this is the clear silicone, correct?

yes it is clear, nice size tube, I glued my hole ten gallon aquarium and have enough left to fix several more,I though it was a good buy when I looked at the price at the store and I didn't have to hunt for it.

Will this fix a water fountain?

What tool did you use to squeeze the tube? It takes alot of pressure to get it to come out and i can only get about a foot done at a time

Great product.

This is a great product. I sealed a 110 gallon tank with no problems. The one thing I disliked was it was really difficult to squeeze it out using a caulking gun.

Awesome gasket for my butter dish

I have a butter dish with a lid that I absolutely love, however once summer came small gnats were coming through the open screen window and getting through the gaps between the lid and dish itself and into my butter. Yuck! I decided to make a gasket so the lid sinks into position and seals so nothing can get in. Worked out awesome! Super happy. Figured if its safe for fish its safe for me.

Aquarium safe silicon

Great Product. My main tank cracked half way down and I needed a temporary solution to keep my fish alive whilst waiting for my new tank. I applied the solution onto the crack and it was able to significantly stop the water leaking.
