Beautiful story about a lovely character
I loved this book. My daughter is 10, so a little younger than the main character. She was diagnosed last year with Turner Syndrome. We read it together and it was a really beautiful way for us to be able to find space to talk about her diagnosis and what it really means in more depth. I see so much of my kiddo in the character even though her experience has been different. Beautifully done and so heartfelt.

Lots of laughs and big heart
Im Reading it to my daughter(11) and son (10). They are loving it, always begging for just one more chapter. There are laughter out loud moments and many moments with big heart. Get it share it with your kids. Canโt wait for more from this author.

Wow! BEST BOOK! The Perfect Escape From 2020!
I loved this SO much! The author gave you permission to be who you are, with all of your awkward quirks and unique beauty. It took me right back to the lunch tables and the classroom and had me feeling like I was 12 again. I think as a child, seeing someone from the inside out, would have been a welcomed change from feelings I had of being the odd one surrounded by normal people. Each chapter seemed perfectly and lovingly wrapped and finished off with just the right little bow. Loved the history, science, and vocabulary lessons that lined the pages with the added hint of snark and wit. It was like no other young reader book I have ever read. The author takes you into the head of a girl-strong pre-teen main character who loves learning and makes you want to love it too and defy the gravity of the world around you and reach for the stars.

Everyone should read this book.
I bought this book almost solely to support the author: a fellow butterfly / TS sister, even though we've never met.I was not expecting to find it quite so deeply relatable at all. I laughed and cried, and overall enjoyed it, much more than I expected to and finished it within a week despite being a working mum!The writing style is very natural and very easy to read, with short chapters, and I related to the thought processes of the main character on a deep level, which can only be testament to the talents of the author.I found it intelligent and educational without being in any way patronising, and feel it could easily be read and enjoyed by any age (from older child up) or level of education.I would thoroughly recommend this book to anyone as an enjoyable and easy, but intelligent and emotional read, as well as an easy introduction to Turner's for anyone. I would also not hesitate to suggest it to any fellow TS sisters to remind them they are not alone and that everyone is unique, though we just happen to have some uncommon medical terms to use to describe and understand our uniqueness. (Lucky us :) )

What a great read!
I ordered and read this because my daughter has Turner Syndrome. I saw so much of her in the main character, Libby, but I saw so many other kids in her as well. It shows how everyone has their own "quirks" but that is just what makes the world so special. It was an easy read, with a story where you were rooting for the characters and hurt when things didn't go their way. Great characer development, beautiful language. My daughter is NOT a reader. She doesn't read anything that isn't required by school. I left it for her and said I really loved it and maybe she would like it as well. She hesitantly picked it, up, and couldn't put it down. She loved it and told her friends about it. What 15 year who hates to read tells her friends they have to read this? Someone who has read a must-read book! That's who! Thank you to the author for touching lives!
