My toddlers love this story of a group of children's imaginative world. The book has beautiful illustrations as well.

Beautiful story not only for kids and adults
This is a beautiful story, about childhood friends and play, and how we remember them. I think the adults reading this to their children might find it more moving than the kids! Suitable for children but any adult who remembers wistfully childhood friends and play will love it.

Magic
The book is magic. If you're in the window, you'll get it. If your children are in the window, they will never forget it.

Nice story about childhood adventures
I got this for my granddaughter because this was one of mom’s favorite books growing up. Now it is one her favorites.

Different than the average children's book but so relatable as a parent. I read this last night with my 6 year old girl and now she wants to visit Roxaboxen - and we live across the ocean! Beware of the nostalgia hit, though ... you'll be hit hard - I know I was ;)

The illustrations in this book stayed in my memory since I was a kid. It’s a book that encourages outdoor play and more importantly the use of imagination for children, something children of today have been robbed of. Read it. Build a roxaboxin in your yard with your kids until they grasp endless imagination and sit back and watch. Great book.
