Does this radio come with an adaptor to run off of house current?

From experience, a/c current has a humming distortion noise that can only be suppressed by batteries connected in parallel. So I would advise to keep the rechargeable batteries inside while using the radio connected to power. I believe there should be circuitry that will prevent battery overcharge.

Does this come with a power code for a regular house power outlet?

It comes with an A/C adapter cord - so, yes, you can plug the cord into a regular home power outlet, plug the other end into the radio and operate the radio without batteries. If you have rechargeable batteries (six "C" size batteries) and you set a little switch inside the battery compartment to reflect rechargeable batteries, the radio will recharge them when plugged into the home power outlet.

Can an external antenna be used on the PR-D15?

Nope, No place to plug an external antenna in -- unless you clip it to the attached antenna.
