MARVEL Novel: Xavier's Institute - First Team : MacNiven, Robbie: desertcart.ae: Books Review: Great book. Fun to read. The author obviously knows the characters well and wrote them with love. Review: Aconyte has found a team of generally good authors and the "worlds" they build in, and shape, are engaging. However, their books are all (in my view) targeting young adults - hence the writing styles are a bit more simplistic that what I am used with, reading the same authors elsewhere. I do not mean that as a negative... MacNiven's book "Zachareth", also Aconyte, was a 5 star (in my view) but far from same complexity as i.e. "Blood of Iax". This is not one of MacNiven's best, but if you are into Marvel and/or like young adult books it is well worth a read.
