Hi! Professional and hobbyist artist here! I am a long-time user of Caliart Markers. They were my first marker purchase when I decided to try alcohol markers for my art years ago. I loved them straight out of the gate. As I got more familiar with alcohol markers and the techniques to perfect them, I have bought several more sets of different brands. From Copic and Ohuhu to Crayola and low-budget brands. My preference then and still today is that Caliart is my "go-to" every time! 😍🔥 I hadn't tried the brush tips from Caliart yet because my experience with other brands left me feeling that brush didn't last as long and became frayed rendering them practically useless. (I'm also heavy-handed) So in curiosity's name, I originally purchased the 121-count set of brush and Chisel but decided I LOVE the brush on Caliart! I loved them so much I ordered the 180-count set a few days later. 🙃 PROS: •Strong but flexible brushes **Picture #2** •Large selection of vibrant and juicy colors • Long-lasting use (they are not refillable but my very first set ever bought is still going!) •(personal option) I like the new sleek and glassy barrel as opposed to the matte barrel on the older sets **Picture #3** • Color names and numbers are easy to read, organize, and catalog. **Picture #3** • Smooth lay down • Balanced barrels • Cap snaps on nicely to ensure no drying of the tips • No leaking of ink • Easily blendable with not only each other but also other brands •No streaking or uneven drying CONS: (these also apply to all the previous Caliart sets I've purchased in the past across all Caliart tips) •They do bleed a bit more than other brands. (I personally like this due to my own techniques. It makes my preference for blending and with practice and adjusting accordingly it's manageable but some people hate it so I figured I'd put that here in Cons) •The bag does not include any individual holders so storage needs to be done in a different horizontal alcohol marker-friendly way. •I did get one marker that looks to have been a factory defect or a miss in the quality control. Brush and shape are fine. Just a misfit I now have. **Picture #4*** Buying 2 sets kind of worked out because doing so allowed me to take the colors not included in the 180 set but were in the 121 set and combine them to have a total set of 198 colors and 2 blenders! **The colors not included in the 180 set but ARE in the 121 set are pictured in pic # 7** All in all satisfactory as always in my interaction with Caliart. I always recommend these to new and accomplished artists. They are vibrant and reliable from a professional standpoint and price-friendly from a hobbyist standpoint! Remember to always store horizontally, recap when not actively in use, all alcohol markers bleed through and always experiment and play to recognize your own preference!🙂 HOPE THIS HELPS ♡

Don’t come in a stable bag. Texters don’t stay in their spot, bags gap and flare out which makes it harder to zip closed. Otherwise work well don’t leak

These pens are incredibly smooth and are a dream to work with! My only concern is that a couple of the pens are already showing signs of drying out, less than a week after receiving them. However, I have no frame of reference for how quickly pens usually dry up, so maybe it is just the amount I’ve used them in a short period of time. Would still highly recommend!

Great alternative to the "popular" brand at a much more affordable price. Lots of color variety. They color well and are just the right amount of juicy so they don't bleed over the lines and give good coverage. Very easy to blend with. The brush tips are decent though seem to fray quicker than other markers I have had. Fortunately, you can take them out and turn them around for a new tip. I've been coloring daily for about 5 months and I'm just now starting to get dried out markers. Overall, I'm very pleased with these and they are a fantastic value and almost as good as the "other" brand.

Definitely worth the money. Great marker quality. They are bright and super great colors. Huge variety. Love how they are dual purpose. I got these as a gift for my son for Christmas and he absolutely loves them and even compared the quality to Posca markers.
