Is there a label for positive or negative wire ?

Yes. This speaker cable is of the zip cord style, similar to extension cords, so each wire can be easily separated from the other by splitting the two insulated wires apart. One wire of the zip cord has the wire information label stamped on its insulation and the insulation of the other wire is unmarked. The two wires are unique along the entire length of the speaker cable, so each can be identified as either positive or negative, i.e., either marked or unmarked.

Are both sides of the wire labeled (wider part)? Using it to blend into some white trim.

One of wires on this zip cord has a black stripe. The wire is not 100% black. There is the black stripe and some other small markings up and down the length. But, this was not a problem for my application. I have it along the wall and it seems to blend in well.

No, this wire is not suitable for direct burial, but could be used in buried conduit. Also, I don't believe this wire is class 2 or 3 rated and may not meet code requirements for use inside walls, ceilings or plenum spaces. Basically, this speaker wire is a large gauge lamp cord, but made using copper clad aluminum wire. However, it is an excellent wire for its purpose.

Are these good car audio speaker wires?

Yes, the GearIT Pro Series 12 AWG Gauge will work very well as car audio speaker wires. Due to the short distance from amp to speaker in a car, you could use a smaller gauge, like 16 AWG, and still have the same sound quality, although the cost savings is not much.
