Remotely remote started flashing red doesn’t work any ideas? work doesn’t work

Make sure batteries are fresh and you charged the car completely. Remote must sync with car to work.

Will it hurt radio controlled car to use without controller - such as pushing around on the floor?

I can't say for sure, but forcing the motor to turn doesn't sound like a good idea. The wheels are not free spinning.
