I was looking for one drill only to cover all my DIY needs around the house. I really like this bosch drill because it’s a normal size, battery operated and super versatile. It can switch between being a screwdriver, a drill, and hammer drill. That said, it’s hammer action is understandably weaker compared to professional hammer drills, but it’s more than enough for typical DIY needs given the all in one package. The fact that it uses an 18V battery compatible across other Bosch tools is a big plus. You only need one battery for multiple tools, which keeps things simple and cost-effective. The included attachments, like the angle and offset adapters, make it incredibly flexible for a variety of tasks, but be wary these are only for the screwdriver bits (although you can get a drill bit that fits them). It also has a built-in light, which is handy in darker spaces, and a torque adjustment. It has a new and easy switch for back and forth that resets to forth after a while for convenience. The price is worth every penny—this is probably the only drill you’ll ever need unless you’re planning to go pro. If you can get it on sale, even better.

....only joking but I must say this is really good - used it to assemble raised beds and it's marvellous. Shame I don;t have more things to do with it. I you know me , have jobs that this could work with (and live within 10 miles) just shout out and I'll be right with you. ... once I've charged it and finished work

Powerful motor, great torque control. Right angle adapter made a tricky job a simple one.
