Great cardio workout
Love this - it didn't come with instructions but easy enough to use and gives a great workout, in my opinion, with no/low impact to joints.

Great tramp!
The tramp is great. I have the home reformer spy and it fits in great. Just make sure you order the correct tramp. There is one for the home reformer and a different one for the professional. They look identical but are about 1" difference in width. I've found that many of the jump board exercises can be incorporated for a tramp workout. There is no intro dvd that comes with this product.
